Anna Jayoma, An Asian Naturopathic
Therapist has been working in the Healing Arts since 1999.
Her first Health Care Experiences was in the field of Reflexology at
Makati Philippines. She completed training as a Swedish Massage Therapist,
Acupressure, and Thai Technique in Boulevard Health Center Philippines. She studied in a Medical Field in 2007 at St. Augustine School of Nursing
Philippines and in 2009 at Stratford Career Institute, USA.
Anna is currently
continuing her Naturopathy Education at 'The Washington Institute of Natural
Medicine' in Washington,DC.

abilities. When these trigger points are pressed,they release muscular tension
and promote circulation of blood and the body's force energy to aid healing.

results. It can help protect against pain and injuries while boosting
performance. Following physical exertion, it helps remove lactic acid and
restore normal muscle tone and range of motion.
A technique of manipulating the feet in order to improve circulation, ease
pain, and increase relaxation in the body.
Reflexology is based on the theory that all the body parts, organs, glands are
associated with specific areas, called reflex zones, in the feet, hands, ears
and surface of the skin.
An ancient treatment practiced in many cultures around the world known as “cupping” or “Ba
Guan” that involves placing heated glass as suctions to stimulate
circulation. Treatment includes a soothing massage.
